1. Mentorship
We connect youth with caring mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help them build confidence, set goals, and achieve their potential.
2. Prevent Substance Abuse
Through educational programs and evidence-based workshops, we equip young people with the tools and knowledge to make informed, healthy choices and avoid substance abuse.
3. Deter Gang Involvement
Our initiatives offer safe alternatives to gang activity, including skill-building programs, positive peer connections, and community engagement opportunities that inspire hope and purpose.
4. Combat Homelessness
We address the immediate needs of at-risk youth and families by providing essential items like food and hygiene supplies. We also work with local resources to connect individuals to housing support and long-term solutions.
OUR MISSION
Empowering Our Community

PEOPLE WE HAVE HELPED
Meet Joshua & Mataya
Joshua and Matayas journey to sobriety is a testament to their strength and determination. Overcoming a decade-long battel with heroin and fentanyl is no small feat, and maintaining 6 months of sobriety while securing jobs and finding happiness is remarkable.
July 2024 they both on their own walked in to the Gibson house in San Bernadino, California asking for help with their addiction. They both agreed that they would focus on their own sobriety, and they did just that. Joshua graduated from the home and Mataya went on to stay at the Cedar house, then graduated from there. Both went on to sober living homes and still remain sober. Mataya works at Amazon and Joshua at Target. They both agree that Family support and Faith in God .help make it possible. Their story a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of support systems like the Gibson House. Its heartwarming to see lives transformed and new beginnings embraced. There journey can inspire many others facing similar struggles.
